Interact with the bartender on the first pic

Then with the king on the second

Then climb up to the tower and talk to Jasmine. Make sure you have enough lums (30 should be more than enough), to jump high enough. There is a super sum behind one of the houses near the tower.

The yellow chapel is near the gizmo in the red square. 

The players won't move so you are going to have an easy time finding Jasmine and Herald again!
